Windridge’s Equine Education Program provides education relevant to the field of Equine-Assisted Services (EAS), specifically related to Therapeutic/Adaptive Riding.  Each year Windridge partners with local universities and colleges to provide field experience of EAS.

Windridge completed development of an educational equine training film, Standard of Behavior for Horse and Horsemanship- Ground Schooling, that is available on DVD with accompanying Equine Handling Manuel.  If you are interested in a copy of this DVD, please contact the Windridge office at (903)-797-2414.

Windridge has also co-authored a first of its kind textbook, The Comprehensive Guide to Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies, for individuals beginning their journey in the equine-assisted services profession.  This textbook is currently being utilized by universities and instructors-in-training all over the United States.  The Comprehensive Guide to Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies is available on Amazon in Kindle Format
